Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Charlottesville, VA operations. The role involves operating heavy material handling equipment, pulling and packing orders for shipment, receiving and stocking goods, and using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory.

Candidate must be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
• Plumbing product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Forklift Operator experience is strongly preferred.
• Requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to carry objects that are up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more by using equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state issued driver's license required.

M-F 7:30am - 4pm.

Pay Range

$17.41 - $26.11 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
