Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of shipments to warehouses and jobsites. You will handle all related paperwork and help track deliveries to maintain accuracy.

Under supervision, you may take on purchaser duties when the purchaser is unavailable, contributing to procurement and logistics operations while supporting safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • OSHA 10 hour certification preferred.
  • Warehouse and logistics experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure shipments are prepared and delivered to correct warehouses and jobsites.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation to track shipments and deliveries.
  • May perform purchaser duties under supervision when purchaser is unavailable.

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate

DEPARTMENT: Procurement, Logistics, and Safety

REPORTS TO: Purchaser, Administrative Staff, Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring that all shipments are prepared and delivered to the correct warehouses and jobsites; completing all paperwork and documentation to accurately track the shipments and all deliveries. The Warehouse Employee may take on the role of Purchaser under the supervision of Administration when the purchaser is not available.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certificates, licenses, and registrations required/preferred:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • OSHA 10 hour certified (preferred)
  • Relevant warehouse and logistics experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to represent the company to external Customers.
