The Must-Haves:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Charlotte, NC facility .

Shift:

• Tuesday - Saturday 12:30am - End of Sort (around 6-7am)

Weekends are Mandatory. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Hours vary based off business needs.

How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.50/hr. (weekly pay)

• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program Details: Referralbonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide) Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure. Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
