Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, sorting, staging, loading, unloading, and inventory tasks to keep orders moving accurately and safely.

This role offers Thursday shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM (or until the truck is finished) with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and an optional 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move boxes.
• Offload merchandise from truck.
• Sort and scan products.
• Use equipment such as a manual pallet jack or a wheel conveyor belt attached to the truck.
• Follow safety rules and keep the floor clear.
• Show up, clock in, and put in a solid day’s work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
• Verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts and ensure efficient operations.
• Move products accurately from receiving through final shipment to support dependable warehouse performance.
• Operate with strong teamwork, safe work practices and attention to detail.
• Contribute to dependable warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
