Job Description

This candidate will start in the shipping department, performing tasks such as shipping, picking, wrapping pallets, and loading trucks. Equipment used includes sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers. The lifting requirement is 75-100 lbs. Occasionally, outdoor picking may be required. The candidate will be trained in all warehouse areas. The ideal candidate should be motivated, driven, and capable of working at a fast pace. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift approximately 75 lbs. This is a temporary position filling in for a leave of absence, lasting 8-12 weeks or possibly longer.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management (preferred).
• Product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
• Forklift operator experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment.

Job duties may vary and could include roles such as Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate.

Work hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch.
