Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers at our Chantilly, VA facility. The role focuses on unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip code, and loading delivery trucks in a fast-paced warehouse. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Shifts are overnight and require reliable attendance. Pay is $19.00 per hour with benefits including a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stay on your feet and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shifts:

• Thursday through Monday 2:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort
• Tuesday through Saturday 2:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort
• Friday through Tuesday 2:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
