The Role

The purpose of a Warehouse Associate I role is to understand and demonstrate basic functions of working within the warehouse environment, as well as beginning to learn the essential duties for multiple departments within the Distribution Center.

As a Warehouse Associate, you are expected to have a basic understanding of your role within the department and the goals needed to achieve daily. This includes, but is not limited to, proper training on equipment such as the CAJA robotic system, Semi-Automatic and Manual Tapers, Panda, Reject Lane, IBOD, Sanitation, Picking, Packing, and RF gun, which will be provided to help you succeed.

You will also learn to work under safety guidelines to ensure your safety, understand how your role impacts other departments, and work towards transitioning to a Warehouse Associate II. This is an entry-level position suitable for those with little to no warehouse experience.
