Job summary

Advantage Business Services in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift to pick, pack, and move inventory while keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; warehouse experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and retrieve products according to customer pick tickets.
• Transport completed orders to the appropriate shipping station.
• Repack and weigh orders as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, push carts, and warehouse equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures and properly label and store products.
• Enter information into computer and warehouse systems.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain clean and organized supply and work areas.
• Monitor supply levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Report equipment, maintenance, safety, and other workplace issues.
• Follow company safety procedures, cGMP requirements, and FDA-related procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Work Details

• Full-Time, 2nd Shift.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Frequent use of forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• May require overtime or working beyond a typical 8-hour shift.

• Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Must maintain product quality, cleanliness, and organization.
