Position Overview

The Warehouse Worker, under the direction of the Office Services Manager I, is responsible for transporting mailing materials, wrapping outgoing packages, palletizing, and ensuring efficient delivery with visible tags. The role involves moving materials for shipment and distribution, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

1. Transport mailing materials to and from various locations.
2. Wrap outgoing packages and palletize work for distribution.
3. Ensure tags are visible for efficient delivery.
4. Move materials and goods for shipment and distribution.
5. Lift heavy mailing buckets and trays up to 50 lbs.
6. Operate pallet jacks and forklift machinery.
7. Perform physical inventories and maintain detailed records.
8. Investigate and report safety issues to management.

Working Conditions

Hearing protection is required due to hazardous noise. Closed toe footwear is mandatory. This is a swing shift position, hours are from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Special Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License (CDL) with relevant details provided in the application.
