Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Michigan to join our distribution team. You will safely operate forklifts and order-pickers, build and transport pallets, and ensure accurate receiving, staging, and stocking of materials. This role supports our diverse industries and demands strong safety and efficiency.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 12pm–8:30pm with overtime as needed. The pay range starts at $17.41 per hour and goes to $26.11 per hour, with benefits and a commitment to a safe,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with forklift, order pickers, and related equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 90 lbs occasionally.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and up‑stand forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE as required (including harness with weight limit of 400 lbs).

Qualifications

• 1-3yearswarehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Prior experience using forklift, orderpickersand other material handling equipment is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter withabilityto learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving systemefficienciesand business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularlyand90lbsoccasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range

$17.41 - $26.11

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
