Overview

It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Associate to work with the shipping team to assure that all product is gathered and loaded onto trucks as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Locate material and move to the appropriate area using a forklift.
2. Unload packaging and raw material trucks.
3. Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping when required.
4. Load material onto truck trailers properly spacing and arranging material for optimal delivery sequence.
5. Verify material to confirm that the correct items are placed on trucks.
6. Stage loads for full truck and LTL shipments.
7. Close production work orders when needed.
8. Some assembly work required.
9. Pick parts and products for the truck.
10. Collect and organize items ordered by customers and prepare them for shipment.
11. Operate equipment to collect, deliver, and package goods.
12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
13. Follow all forklift rules and regulations.
14. Follow warehouse safety guidelines.
15. Adhere to housekeeping standards.
16. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years warehouse experience required.
2. Forklift experience required.
3. Scan Gun experience required.
4. High School Diploma/GED required.
