Job summary

Suburban Accessories is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Minnesota to pick, stage, and stock parts for delivery and to unload inbound shipments, ensuring accurate bin locations and efficient flow. You will follow FIFO and dock-to-stock practices while maintaining safety and organization on the warehouse floor.

The role requires reading and speaking English, a consistent work history, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Forklift, part picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Pick, stage, and load orders accurately for delivery.
• Process returns, resolve bin/part variances, and manage exception items.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and support annual physical inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking orders as the invoices are printed and setting part(s) at each route staging area. You will also be responsible for unloading inbound deliveries and putting them away in bin locations after inbound has been checked in and locations are written for each part.

Salary Overview

The pay rate for this role starts at $21-22 per hour based on experience.

Hours

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
