Suburban Accessories, the leading distributor of OEM accessories and parts, seeks an Inbound Warehouse Associate in Dayton. You will offload inbound shipments, verify orders, and stage products to support efficient picking, following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.

Pay starts at $18/hour with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm hours. Join a team focused on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Consistent work history and attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift, parts picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsabilités

• Unload vendor trucks, receive products, and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect, stock, rotate, and restock inventory following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and resolve variances.
• Manage returns, trouble table items, and support quality control processes.
• Assist with order picking and cross-train across warehouse functions.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in physical inventory, daily huddles, and continuous improvement efforts.

As an Inbound Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for offloading inbound vendor products while checking for the quality and accuracy of the product. Product will be received against purchase orders and staged on shelves, floors, or racking lines to support efficient picking practices. The position includes assisting in other departments as needed.

The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.

Inbound Warehouse Associate Working Conditions And Physical Demands Include

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Must be okay with walking and standing for extended periods.
