Job summary

Capstone is hiring for Warehouse Associates in Brea, CA. You will load and unload shipments by hand or with equipment, and you’ll be paid by the truck. This fast-paced, physical role requires readiness to work weekends in a 7-day operation with a 1st shift starting at 4:30am and continuing until finish.

Electric pallet jack is required on site. Capstone offers weekly pay and a high-performance culture that rewards hard work.

Qualifications

• High-energy, fast-paced, and physically demanding role.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience required.

1st shift /4:30am-Finish

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is required
