Job summary

Ripton & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Boulder, CO to ensure on-time order fulfillment and keep a clean, organized warehouse. You will pick/pack orders, handle returns, support inventory, and work with the team on warehouse tasks with precision and urgency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and shipping.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with precision and urgency.
• Receive, disassemble and stock palletized shipments with Warehouse team.
• Execute inventory cycle counts.
• Complete repetitive tasks with an exceptional focus on detail and urgency.
• Continuously communicate, problem-solve, and seek efficiencies in warehouse operations in a team-oriented manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment from shelf to workspace.

The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, shipping and receiving. Your role will involve picking and packing orders, processing returns, supporting inventory management, and handling various warehouse tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
