You will handle receiving, shipping, inventory control and customer pickups, coordinating outbound shipments and paperwork, and ensuring the warehouse stays organized and efficient. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehousing, proficiency with basic computer systems, forklift operation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse receiving, shipping, customer pick-ups, and inventory management.

• Coordinate customer pickups for local customers with Field Sales Representative.
• Manage inventory transactions and paperwork for receiving and shipping inventory.
• Prepare rental equipment when required and pack special assortment products when required.

The Job

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be part of our Engineered Fastening Nelson Stud Welding team working as an on-site employee from our distribution center located at 32 Spice Street, Charlestown, MA, 02129. You’ll get to: Responsible for warehouse receiving, shipping, customer pick-ups, and inventory management. Receive stocking orders, stage inventory, and coordinate outbound shipments. Work with our Field Sales Representative to coordinate customer pickups for local customers. Manage inventory transactions and paperwork for receiving and shipping inventory. Prepare rental equipment when required. Pack special assortment products when required. Keep warehouse orderly, organized, and clean. Other duties as assigned.

The Salary range for this position is $33,400.00 - $53,700.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
