About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Associate to join our team in Boca Raton. In this hands-on role, you'll help process, protect, and prepare valuable collectibles for customers around the world. From receiving submissions and verifying order details to encapsulating collectibles and preparing shipments, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, quality, and an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Order Processing & Data Entry
- Receive, open, sort, and organize incoming submissions by service type.
- Match, count, and verify items for accuracy and completeness.
- Review submissions to confirm service eligibility and payment details.
- Enter customer and order information into company databases.
- Generate and apply order labels, stickers, and identification materials.
Quality Assurance & Collectibles Handling
- Carefully encapsulate and seal trading cards, comic books, event tickets, coins, and other collectible items.
- Learn and utilize various gasket and holder sizes for collectible preservation.
- Perform crack-out and re-sealing processes when required.
- Inspect finished products for defects, damage, and quality standards.
- Verify submission forms, product quantities, labels, and identification details.
- Safely handle and maintain accountability for valuable customer merchandise throughout all stages of processing.
Collaboration & Problem Resolution
- Partner with Customer Service and Problem Orders teams to resolve order issues.
- Work closely with the Sales team on special pricing arrangements and promotional orders.
- Support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as needed.
- Sort completed orders by carrier and shipping method.
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy before shipment.
- Package products securely in shipping containers and apply carrier labels.
- Process shipments through approved carriers and complete order closeout procedures.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and squatting.
- Regular computer use, including typing and data entry.
- Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly and inspection work.
- Ability to hear verbal instructions, alarms, and workplace signals.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, including sharp cutting tools, when opening and processing submissions.
