Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking Warehouse Associates to assist with shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse environment in Bethlehem. The role supports supervisors and leads to meet department needs, operating equipment safely and maintaining inventory control.

The position runs 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with paid breaks and weekly pay. Starting pay is $18.50/hr plus a $2.10 shift differential, and candidates should have forklift training and material handling experience.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous material handling experience.
  • Satisfactory completion of forklift training program.
  • Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to train in other areas of the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift safely observing all safety rules, utilizing horns and maintaining proper speeds.
  • Team player both inside and outside assigned department.
  • Follows the directions of Leads.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and displays a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure all raw materials are checked in, placarded and put away in the proper location.
  • Ensure all trucks are unloaded/loaded properly and all paperwork filled out accordingly.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by properly marking, storing & handling FG/RM.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Work assigned overtime and covers co-worker's vacation.

Description

Warehouse Associates are required to perform assigned shipping and receiving duties. Assist the supervisor or lead with day-to-day activities. Operate the equipment in a safe manner; work with supervisors and leads and to ensure that all of the department needs are met.

3:00pm -11:00pm, Monday - Friday

Paid Breaks with Weekly Pay!

Starting Pay Rate: $18.50/hr plus $2.10 shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklift safely observing all safety rules, utilizing horns and maintaining proper speeds

  • Team player both inside and outside assigned department

  • Follows the directions of Leads

  • Able to prioritize tasks and displays a sense of urgency

  • Ensure all raw materials are checked in, placarded and put away in the proper location

  • Ensure all trucks are unloaded/loaded properly and all paperwork filled out accordingly

  • Ensure all stock is rotated in accordance to FIFO (First In/First Out) procedure

  • Ensure that all partial items are combined, counted and marked properly

  • Ensure inventory accuracy by properly marking, storing & handling FG/RM

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

  • Work assigned overtime and covers co-worker's vacation

  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must have previous material handling experience

  • Satisfactory completion of forklift training program

  • Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills

  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to train in other areas of the plant

Education and/or Experience:
  • Must possess either a High School diploma or GED
Mathematical Skills:
  • Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division calculations.
