Staff Management | SMX is seeking Warehouse Associate opportunities in Briar Creek, PA. Pay rates vary by role, shift, and assignment, with an hourly rate of $17.50 to $20.00.

Duties include loading/unloading trucks, receiving and organizing shipments, picking and packing orders, labeling and tracking inventory, and maintaining accuracy and safety. Background check and drug test are required; HS Diploma or GED and 18+ are needed. On-site work at Briar Creek, PA 18603.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (Pallet Jack, Scanner).
• Keep work areas clean, organized and hazard-free.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
