Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Colorado is seeking motivated individuals for a warehouse role to join our team. We offer growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a supportive work environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with room for increases based on performance.

Typical duties include shipping/receiving, processing stock, picking and filling orders, packing, and organizing stock. Candidates should be able to operate forklifts/pallet jacks, lift up to 75 pounds, and work a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of work related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse/PIT equipment experience preferred.
• Basic math and ability to read simple records.
• Clear directions and procedures followed with guidance from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
• Pick/pull correct product and deliver to staging area or truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to move stock.
• Sort and place parts on racks or bins according to sequence.
• Maintain orderly and safe work areas and follow policies.

May write brief messages and keep simple records.Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.Uses guidance/guidelines provide by supervisor/manager.Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.Essential Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
