Job summary

LKQ Corporation is hiring for a warehouse associate. The role involves receiving and stocking inbound products, pulling and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain organized storage areas, and follow safety and policy guidelines.

This position may require occasional travel or overtime based on workload. Ideal candidates have up to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic math/keyboard skills.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of work related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Warehouse, or similar, work environment experience is preferred.
• PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
• Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver to staging area/delivery truck.
• Operate manual/powered equipment to transport product in the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
