Forklifts hum before sunrise, tugger carts snake through wide aisles, and every pallet that leaves the dock carries parts bound for vehicles across North America. As a Warehouse Associate in the Fort Custer area of Battle Creek, you are the link between production and the road. This is steady, physical work inside a large scale automotive facility where accuracy matters and pace stays consistent. You will move with purpose, handle real inventory, and know that what you ship today ends up under the hood of someone’s car tomorrow. This Battle Creek manufacturing campus spans roughly 100 acres and has produced air conditioning and engine cooling systems since 1984. The operation supplies major North American automakers and is known for strong safety standards, long term employees, and veteran friendly hiring practices.

Daily work includes operating tugger carts, picking and staging parts, weighing finished goods for shipment, scanning inventory, and keeping materials flowing between departments. You will work in a multi temperature environment and follow shipping schedules to keep production on track.

• 1st shift: $19.18 per hour
• 2nd shift: $21.18 per hour
• 3rd shift: $20.18 per hour
