Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system, ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Essential Functions
  • Receive all inbound orders into WMS, including spring water, resin, materials, and deliveries.
  • Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restocking.
  • Process RMAs and consolidate finished goods storage.
  • Identify and report quality issues with finished goods and RMS.
  • Validate new SKUs in WMS for proper storage and handling.
  • Correct LGV alarms and monitor loads.
  • Unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift.
  • Maintain pallet storage areas and stage pallets for LGV pickup.
  • Handle product spills and manually pull pallets as needed.
  • Supply production with non-inventory items like glue, bags, labels, etc.
  • Load air bags and clear blocked locations in WMS.
  • Operate forklift when needed and facilitate flow of information between logistics, production, and sales.
  • Test and monitor resin and spring water, coordinate preload activities, and inspect trailers.
  • Ensure accurate loading documentation and maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
  • Participate in process improvements and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  • Maintain regular attendance and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in manufacturing, in this position, or managing people/projects.
