Responsibilities:

• Picks and packs customer orders, work orders, and kits
• Records shipment data (weights, dimensions), processes shipments, and ensures proper loading
• Packs and crates inbound parts and materials
• Loads and unloads freight, verifies counts against documentation
• Receives inbound materials, ships outgoing materials, and verifies counts
• Inspects received parts and materials for compliance, reports discrepancies
• Processes returns and coordinates disposition with relevant teams
• Moves inventory, performs cycle counts, and processes transactions
• Operates material handling equipment safely
• Participates in physical inventory counts and warehouse maintenance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate forklifts with proper certification
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Excel, and Word
