We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the South Metro Atlanta area since 1979. We are a well-established and respected Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company that takes pride in everything we do.

About the Role:

Hammond Services is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth inventory management, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Location: Austell, GA

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, some overtime and weekend as needed. Time subject to change depending on staffing needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory using software
• Assist with cycle counts, stock levels, and purchase orders
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups for technicians and job sites
• Conduct merchandise delivery and/or driving as needed
• Maintain tool and equipment check-in/check-out procedures
• Support warehouse operations and field personnel as needed
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate paperwork

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of warehouse tools and safety practices
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required

This role includes a 2-week training period at our Hammond Services location in Griffin, GA to ensure you're fully prepared and supported in your new position.
