Job summary

QXO in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations. You will safely handle, organize, and prepare building materials for customers and deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring forklift experience, prior warehouse background, and a strong safety mindset. Spanish language skills are a plus; early shifts and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate pick tickets and inventory counts.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Support daily warehouse operations and assist with painting or general maintenance as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you’ll support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate inventory and order documentation, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed

What You’ll Bring
