Job summary

QXO, Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations, safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You will operate forklifts, verify inventory, and maintain documentation while upholding a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, are able to lift up to 100 lbs, and can work in outdoor, physically demanding conditions. Spanish bilingual is a plus and transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to all safety protocols, while wearing PPE
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed

As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you'll support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You'll operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate inventory and order documentation, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets
