James Edward & Companies Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, repacking, inventory, receiving and maintenance under the Warehouse Manager. This role involves maintaining safety, compliance and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

You will work with forklift and pallet jack to build loads, rotate stock by expiration dates, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding company standards and a clean, organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation and follow warehouse processes in building loads while maintaining a clean and safe work environment within RBNA standards.
• Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.
• Properly clean and repackage product as set forth by RBNA standards.
• Appropriately dispose of damaged/out of code product once approved by Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse by disposing of trash daily, sweeping floors daily and using floor scrubbers periodically.
• Work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
• Assist where needed.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Associate position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, receiving, and maintenance. The Warehouse Associate will assist management with warehouse operations which include inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards safety, compliance and operational excellence.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lifting 25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily.
• Moving/pushing/pulling carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
