Job summary

Total Filtration Services, Inc. is a leading filtration distributor with 13 stocking branches across the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to handle order picking, packing, unloading, and stock placement while maintaining safety standards and supporting shipping activities. You will follow documented processes for packing, labeling, and carrier coordination, contribute to a clean and organized facility, and participate in ongoing training initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety policies and procedures, including use of PPE.
• Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures related to Warehouse position.
• Order selection (picking) of outbound shipments, including UPS and LTL shipments.
• Efficient packaging and palletizing of outbound shipments.
• Assist in preparation of shipping documents and carrier scheduling for outbound shipments.
• Unloads incoming product and verifies accuracy against packing slips and Purchase Orders.
• Accurately processes stock and places it in proper areas.
• Creates special sized filters including cutting pads and hot wire rolls per processes.
• Loads daily delivery and service trucks.
• General housekeeping and facilities maintenance.
• Participate in required company training initiatives.
• With certification, assist with service and/or office-related work as needed.
• Report all hours worked via Time and Attendance system.
• Duties may change with or without notice.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Complies with all safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment as required, understanding that safety is a priority.
• Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures related to the Warehouse position.
• Order selection (picking) of outbound shipments, including but not limited to, UPS and LTL (Light Truckload) shipments following documented processes
• Efficient packaging and palletizing of outbound shipments
• Assist in preparation of shipping documents as well as carrier scheduling of outbound shipments following documented processes
• Unloads incoming product and verifies accuracy of inbound product, matching packing slips to Purchase Orders and pull Sales Orders to prepare for shipping.
• Accurately processes stock, ensuring it is placed in the proper areas
• Makes special sized filters including cutting pads, hot wire rolls, etc. following documented processes.
• Loads daily delivery and service trucks
• General housekeeping and facilities maintenance
• Participate in required company training initiatives
• With proper certification and training, may be required to assist with occasional service- and or office-related work.
• Employee is required to timely report all hours worked utilizing the company’s Time and Attendance system.
