Job summary

Floor & Decor in Arvada, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and move inventory to the floor or customer vehicles. You will check stock, assist customers, and operate a forklift in a fast-paced retail warehouse.

Candidates should be 18+, have warehouse and customer service experience, basic math, and be able to pass a drug test; forklift certification through Floor & Decor preferred. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile orders and replenish merchandise for sales floor or customer vehicles.
• Check inventory and orders, interact with customers, and operate a forklift.
• Restock show floor with product and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and load out products as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe and support other store areas as needed.

Pay Range

$19.39 - $23.50

Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.

Working Conditions (travel & environment)

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
