Job summary

T3L Shop in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, packaging, and distribution of materials.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred; training may be provided based on company needs.
• Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a busy warehouse environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a dependable attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment, as assigned.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products, materials, and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect items for condition, quantity, and quality.
• Prepare products for storage, shipment, or production using pallets, packaging materials, and wrapping equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the team.
