Job summary

MISA Imports Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Arlington Heights, IL to handle daily receiving, stocking, order pulling, and forklift operation with accuracy and care.

You will maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 200 lbs, and communicate clearly with the warehouse team while supporting overall distribution goals. This role offers competitive benefits and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and transportation laws.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; second language a plus.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Able to push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jacks (manual/electric).

Responsibilities

• Communicates with warehouse manager on daily tasks.
• Handles merchandise carefully to ensure it arrives in good condition.
• Manages inventory control for all products (in/out and cycle counts).
• Picks and pulls orders with accuracy; checks inbound goods.
• Keeps warehouse supplies and area clean and organized.
• Returns signed delivery paperwork daily.
• Shrinks wraps pallets by hand as needed.
• Maintains production and staging lanes for efficiency.

• Handles merchandise with care to ensure it arrives at the store in the best possible condition
• Handles inventory control for all product, in and out and cycle inventory
• Picks out and pull orders with accuracy, checking in-product received
• Organizes and maintains the warehouse supplies and cleanliness.
• Returns all signed delivery paperwork daily
• Shrinks wrap pallets by hand, as needed
• Keeps the production and staging lanes clear for maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and transportation laws.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Second language a plus.
• Operate forklift
• Previous experience in the warehouse / distribution business.
• Able to lift, move and carry objects up to 50lbs for an extended period.
• Able to push and pull up to 200lbs
• Operate manual / electric pallet jacks.
