Position Overview

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing parts inventory and related administrative tasks, following RWC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stock and post incoming orders
• Assist in processing weekly stock orders
• Notify relevant parties when special order parts arrive
• Serve as backup for inventory functions
• Update electronic parts files
• Provide information for warranty processing
• Review and dispose of excess stock
• Manage returns and credits
• Match purchase orders and invoices, and forward to accounting
• Maintain accurate records and assist with annual inventories
• Support sales associates with transaction processing
• Keep the parts area clean and professional

Salary ranges from $15.00 to $18.00/hour depending on experience.

• Physical ability to handle routine materials and tools
• Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly
• Preferred relevant experience
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and operate a forklift
