Job summary

Tenet Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support customers and warehouse staff in a distribution setting. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stocking, inventory tasks, and safe forklift operation, with a focus on keeping the warehouse and surrounding grounds neat and orderly.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably 1 year in a warehouse. Forklift certification or ability to obtain it is required, with training provided by employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in the warehouse by assisting customers when they come in.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers or other transport devices; manage proper storage of items.
• Receive, ship, store, and/or move materials within the warehouse and maintain accurate records.
• Operate forklift safely and keep the warehouse and grounds clean and orderly.
• Prepare trucks for supply delivery and perform additional warehouse or delivery related duties as necessary.
• Advocate for Tenet’s Mission, Vision, Values and Employee Operating Code.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting and serving customers and other warehouse staff with customer requests in a distribution warehouse setting. This role involves loading and unloading products and materials, stocking and/or shelving products, helping with inventory and direct-to-customer supply and customer service. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping keep the warehouse, surrounding grounds and yard in a neat and orderly condition.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must beat least18 years of age.

• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel to project sites, or other Tenet locations as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This role involves remaining active for a significant portion of the day. Movement within the office or project site is required.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
