As a Warehouse Associate, you will fulfill many duties that help our warehouse run smoothly. You will fill, package, and ship orders in a timely manner to delight our customers while also ensuring product is received and handled correctly throughout its lifecycle through appropriate scheduling, communication, and procedures. Responsibilities

• Using a radio-frequency gun (RF), fill, package, and ship acknowledged orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process incoming products promptly, checking for damages.
• Understand and determine the status of an order at any given time.
• Answer the telephone politely and promptly; answer questions correctly, take accurate messages, or refer calls to the appropriate person.
• Follow tag and hold procedures for all incoming shipments; keep the hold area clear and accessible.
• Follow any special instructions related to an order.
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or Inventory Control Specialist.
• Label outbound materials with the appropriate shipping labels.
• Ensure that documents/system match actual quantities/items picked.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn First Supply LLC’s business system.
• Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.
• Experience with handheld RF units (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
