Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions seeks a Warehouse Associate in Alexandria, MN to support daily warehouse operations, fulfill customer orders, and maintain a safe, organized environment. You will pull, pack, label, and stage products for shipment, operate forklift and related equipment, and use RF scanners to track inventory.

Reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly (100 pounds occasionally), and basic computer skills are required.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and prepare products to fulfill customer orders
• Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment or delivery
• Operate forklifts, riders, and warehouse equipment safely
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Use RF scanners and computerized systems to locate and track products
• Load delivery trucks and assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)

• Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners or inventory systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
