Doherty Staffing Solutions in Norwood Young America, MN is seeking a Warehouse Worker for 1st shift. You will pack, label, and organize products for shipment, while maintaining clean work areas and contributing to inventory tasks.

This temp/seasonal role offers weekly pay and potential for temp-to-hire opportunities. Ideal candidates have warehouse or logistics experience, can lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and are comfortable with scanning/inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10–20 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with scanning and inventory systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Carefully pack products for shipment while following guidelines to prevent damage.
• Use proper packing materials and techniques for a variety of product types.
• Label and organize packed items by order or destination.
• Maintain clean and organized shelving, packing stations, and work areas.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle counting and stock replenishment.
• Support LTL shipping operations as needed.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift| Monday–Friday

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Worker – 1st Shift

• Carefully pack products for shipment while following guidelines to prevent damage
• Use proper packing materials and techniques for a variety of product types
• Label and organize packed items by order or destination
• Maintain clean and organized shelving, packing stations, and work areas
• Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle counting and stock replenishment
• Support LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) shipping operations as needed
• Follow established safety procedures to maintain a secure workplace
