We're Hiring – 1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Acworth, GA

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, wash, inspect, and stock cartons, pallets, or parts to support warehouse operations.

• Assist with order filling, packaging, and completing required paperwork accurately.

• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock.

• Support machine operators with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment; promptly report any malfunctions.

• Provide training to new team members as needed.

• Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards and protocols.

• Work directly on the warehouse floor, often around heavy machinery.

• Demonstrate TKMNA’s core values and competencies in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Basic computer skills with the ability to use scanning technology.
