Dal-Tile is seeking an Warehouse Associate to handle material receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, and inventory checks. This role involves daily forklift operation.

Primary Objective

Perform various material-handling duties in the warehouse.

Primary Function and Scope

• Handle warehouse tasks such as pulling/assembling customer orders, verifying outbound orders, conducting inventory counts, restocking, labeling, maintaining displays, and replenishing materials.
• Receive inbound shipments, process customer returns, and report damaged shipments.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Preferably 3+ years of warehouse experience.

Competencies

• Basic math, organization, customer service, attention to detail, safety consciousness, and fluency in English.
