Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our Honolulu, HI team. You will perform receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, inventory checks and daily forklift operations.

We offer a pay range from $37,000 to $46,000 per year with additional incentive options. Sign-on bonus $1,250 after 30 days and perfect attendance bonus $750 at 90 days and 6 months. Benefits include 401k match, employee discount, and tuition reimbursement.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate IIto join our TEAM! As theWarehouse Associate II, we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customers’ orders, and inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklift equipment.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between$37,000 and $46,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs.

Sign on Bonus: $1,250 paid after 30 days*

Perfect Attendance Bonus: $750 paid at 90 days and 6 months*

Primary Objective:

• Performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.

Primary Function and Scope:

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, general office maintenance, etc.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
