Job description

Warehouse Associate Job Description

Perform a variety of functions including picking and packing orders, receiving and shipping incoming stock and materials, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and inventory management. Note that 99% of tasks will be performed in a cold environment, with temperatures around -20°F in freezers and 2-8°C in refrigerated areas.

How You'll Make An Impact:
  • Perform routine physical tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, or distributing materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods, labels, lot, or serial control.
  • Unpack and check goods received against work orders, purchase orders, invoices, return authorizations, or other documentation.
  • Package materials, including labeling products/packages, counting, sorting, and preparing packages for shipment.
  • Conduct cycle counts as required.
  • Operate packaging, sealing, and other equipment, including motorized and non-motorized material handling machines, and potentially operate a forklift.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment, both motorized and non-motorized.
  • Experience with SAP ERP System is preferred.
  • Radio frequency equipment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and international shipping processes.
  • Understanding of GMP, ISO, IPC, FDA, DOT, Known Consignor, and IATA requirements where applicable.
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials and proper handling techniques.
  • Team player, flexible, attentive to detail, and quality-minded.
Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this position is $19 to $23.22 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer and is based on factors including location, experience, skills, and other relevant considerations. Employment is managed through our approved agency provider.
