Responsibilities

• Keep customer orders moving by selecting products quickly and accurately.
• Build, verify, package, and prepare orders for on-time shipment.
• Protect inventory accuracy by matching incoming/outgoing items with orders and records.
• Assemble shipping boxes and maintain warehouse supplies and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Stocking, Replenishment, Shipping, Verifying, and Returns teams to meet daily goals.
• Act as a backup to the Material Handler when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Support team performance and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Protect inventory accuracy by matching incoming and outgoing items with orders and supporting records
• Keep operations running smoothly by assembling shipping boxes and maintaining essential warehouse supplies and inventory levels
• Partner with teammates across Receiving, Stocking, Replenishment, Shipping, Verifying, Returns, and other departments to meet daily goals
• Broaden your impact by stepping in as a backup to the Material Handler when needed
• Create a workplace everyone can rely on by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Support consistent team performance through dependable, regular onsite attendance
• Pitch in on additional duties as business needs evolve and help the team succeed

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness and ability to cross-train on electric material-handling equipment—including a standing electric forklift, hi-lo reach truck, cherry picker, pallet jack, and dock machine—in accordance with company safety standards
• Clear, effective communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Ability to stand for the full workday and to bend, crouch, and reach as needed
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs
