Shift Schedule: 05:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Direct Hire - Full Benefits

Essential Functions:

• Develops and maintains relations with vendors, stores, and contractors.
• Ensures follow-up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and damage claims.
• Dispatches trucks using GPS technology.
• Oversees in-home delivery for customers.
• Maintains monthly operating reports, including statistics and customer service scores.
• Oversees Customer Service Representatives and Routers.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Supervises hourly on-site staff handling data entry, customer service, order processing, and delivery.
• Performs supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws, including training, planning, directing work, rewarding, and resolving issues.

Pay Range: $65,000 per year. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors. Final salary discussions will be made with the selected candidate in compliance with applicable laws.
