Allied Beverage Group in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Asst. Manager to lead night operations within our warehouse and distribution network.
You will report to the Night Manager, supervise staffing, ensure safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement in fill rate, throughput, and cost. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of supervisory experience in distribution warehousing, a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, and familiarity with WMS and office software.

The Asst. Manager is a key leader position in the distribution and operations organization reporting directly to the Night Manager. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations to include inventory control, shipping and receiving operations in a Direct Sales organization. Preference for warehouse automation experience and union environment is a plus but not required. Asst. Manager directs the night to night aspects of operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service from the warehouse to customers while improving productivity through continuous improvement in fill rate, throughput and cost.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000, depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.
