Job summary

The 1978 Collection, an event company in Eighty Four, PA, is seeking warehouse assistants to handle linens as they arrive. You will count in dirty linens, assist with loading and unloading cargo vans, and restock clean linens to their correct locations.

You will also pull new orders, rack them for deliveries, and perform daily inventory counts along with year-end inventories. This is a 40-hour week position, starting at 6 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk and bend constantly while carrying linens.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb up and down 12-foot ladders on a regular basis while carrying table linens on hangers.
• Must be able to read Packing List and pull orders accurately as per customer requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties in the warehouse - sweeping, straightening and trash removal.
• This is a warehouse position and will require working a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Must be able to work with a group of people as well as independently.
