Brilliant Earth is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our Secaucus team. You will support product data entry, QA checks, and order readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-quality customer experiences.

The role involves high-volume data tasks and a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Ideal candidates are detail-focused, driven to exceed goals, and communicate clearly with vendors and teammates.

The targeted budget for this position is $21/hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company.
What you’ll do:

• Receive product and enter product details into our internal system
• Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoingproduct
• Review orders to ensure theyare ready to ship to customers
• Support customer careteam via phone and emailwithanyproduct-related escalations
• Complete ahigh volume of data entrywithin a specified time frame,ensuring accuracy
• Meetgoals and targets as assigned by leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced, high volume work environment with a high attention to detail
