Wilsonart in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Assistant I to replenish finished goods and fulfill customer orders. You will inspect, pack, and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, with the ability to lift heavy items, operate a forklift, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive all material from facilities and vendors
• Check and place materials in the correct bin

• Cuts down over-sized laminate to fill pending orders
• Reads, interprets, processes, and packs orders
• Performs total skid count for loads
• Assists the needs of the customer

Job Description:

Position Overview: Warehouse Assistant I

Wilsonart, in Dallas, currently has an opening for a Warehouse Assistant I. This person will perform warehousing functions to replenish the finished goods inventory with material from the manufacturing facilities. Fills customer orders, inspects material and packs material for shipment as needed in the assigned department/location. Performs other tasks as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking/pushing/climbing and lifting material or equipment of heavy weight (>50 lbs) Examples: grounds staff and EMS
