Job summary

Ole Mexican Foods is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Houston facility. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or food distribution setting is preferred. The role requires dependable attendance, ability to operate forklift or hand trucks, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Some prior warehouse and logistics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of forklift/hand truck equipment is a plus.
• Reliable daily attendance and work output.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and package orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
