Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant - Driver is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and pick-up of customer products, and will assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Exhibit, recruit, and coach associates consistent with Core Behaviors.
• Promote a culture of safety.
• Deliver and pick-up customer products promptly.
• Perform daily safety inspections.
• Verify signatures and paperwork.
• Notify supervisors of discrepancies.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Sort, maintain, and stage products.
• Stock and label items properly.
• Receive purchase orders, pick, and package products for shipping.
• Ensure accuracy of shipped items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow ISO processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of routes.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Effective communication.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required.
• No previous experience required; 1-3 years preferred.

Reasoning Ability

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Valid driver’s license required.

Work Environment

• Regular speaking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, and manual tasks. Use of computers required.
• Lift up to 55 pounds.

PPE Required
