Job summary

Petstock Group in Belmont, CA is seeking Warehouse Team Members to support picking, packing and dispatching, stock control and safe daily operations. Shifts available AM 7:30am–4:30pm, with full training to get you started.

You will join a diverse, inclusive team, focused on accuracy, safety, and efficient warehouse processes, while building skills in warehousing, logistics and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pick-packer role in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry stock up to 20kg.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work collaboratively.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Picking, Packing & Dispatching: Fulfill orders to a high standard and achieve excellent pick rates.
• Stock Control: Assist with receiving inbound goods, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Stock Integrity: Maintain stock accuracy through replenishment, expiry date checks, and regular stock takes.
• Loading & Unloading: Load and unload courier trucks efficiently.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with daily housekeeping.
• General Warehouse Duties: Support with various tasks as directed by the team leader.

A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Team Member:
